The laboratory is equipped with internationally advanced brands of DMA, TMA, DSC, TGA, and Die shear tester. The main function is to make the finished glue according to its standard test method to  its glass transition temperature (Tg), elastic modulus, thermal expansion coefficient, thermal reaction temperature, thermal reaction heat, thermal decomposition temperature, thermal weight loss ratio (curing volatilization ), filler content, normal temperature bonding strength, high temperature bonding strength and other characteristics are measured and analyzed.
